The menu might look familiar but the experience is a step above your typical and traditional Mexican. Taking the best from their New Mexican and adding some new wrinkles, Castillon's will quickly become your go to lunch spot when you get the craving to go 'south of the border'.
The 'Must Try'- The absolutely tasty and innovative chorizo filled Rellenos
That food looks really good. Privately owned Mexican restaurants have a feel of their own. It's great that you are innovating and improvising. Good luck! elchicomh.com
ReplyDeleteNothing beats good Mexican food. I lived in Argentina for about 8 months, and I totally lost my tolerance for spicy food. They just don't really have it in Argentina. Now that I'm back in the states, I can hardly handle medium salsa. Which is a real shame, considering I love the flavor of jalapenos. I have only been back for a few months, but hopefully I'll be able to work up my tolerance level. http://www.elmolinitos.com
