We need to send a modern day Marco Polo back to the Orient because Chinese food in Phoenix is seriously lacking.  Like many we want dependable Chinese in the area and we want this to be the spot.  Most nights, however, we have to get the itch scratched with PeiWei.

Damn good Dim Sum.  Reason enough to give strip mall Chinese restaurants an honest shake. Finally another Chinese spot in the valley worth patronizing.

Flo's has lunch down to a science but their expansive menu will have you thinking more about their culinary art.  Tough to find a better and more efficient spot for lunch.

A hearty meal for hearty people.  No frills setting but you will be pleasantly surprised at how well they meld some meaty Asian fare with some South of the Border garnishments.

In a town where Mexican joints outnumber their Chinese counterparts by like 50 to 1, you've got to find those rare oriental gems and keep them close.  China Chili wears the crown in the relatively uncrowded field of Chinese entrants.  A good Chinese meal to ensure that your palette gets the much needed diversity that it deserves.
